With nearly three decades of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people find relief from pain and improve their quality of life. Since starting my journey as a massage therapist in 1995, I’ve been passionate about combining skilled techniques with a compassionate approach to care.

Over the years, I’ve worked with countless clients, from those recovering from car accidents and personal injuries to individuals managing chronic pain or workplace injuries. My goal has always been to create a safe, healing space where every client feels cared for and supported in their recovery.

Helping others is not just my profession—it’s my purpose. I am committed to continuing my education, refining my skills, and staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques to provide the best care possible. It’s an honor to play a role in my clients’ journeys toward health and well-being.

As the owner of Professional Massage Group, I work with and teach contracted massage therapists to deliver the best care possible. I have taught rehabilitative massage therapy and chair massage classes for 20 years including time teaching at Chico Massage School.
